Subscription Booklet means the document, in addition to the PPM, provided to Investors for the purposes of evaluating an Offering and purchasing Units in the Company. The Member Subscription Booklet will include this Operating Agreement and a Unit Subscription Agreement.

Subscription Booklet means the Omnibus Signature Page and Purchaser Questionnaire provided by the Placement Agent to each Purchaser for completion and execution in connection with the issuance and sale of Units hereunder.

Related to Subscription Booklet

  • Subscription Plan means a fixed term plan which relates to the Licensed Services as specified in the PGi Service Agreement
