Subscriber Lists definition

Subscriber Lists means any information, or collection of information, in whatever form arising from the provision of DIRECTV Services that identifies or allows identification of or contact with any or all Subscribers, including names, addresses, phone numbers or access card numbers of such Subscribers, or identifies or allows identification of DIRECTV Services provided to specific Subscribers, including such information in the DIRECTV Billing and Authorization System.

Subscriber Lists means the lists, documents, records or databases of past, current or prospective subscribers to the IM Publications or users of any websites; provided, that in respect of past subscribers, Subscriber Lists shall only include such items to the extent they are available.

  • Seller has taken all reasonably necessary actions to maintain the confidentiality of all information contained on the Subscriber Lists, and, to the knowledge of Seller and any Owner, there have been no breaches of the confidentiality of any of such information.

  • Seller has heretofore provided Buyer with access to complete and correct lists (the "Subscriber Lists") of the registered subscribers to the Publication published in or since the fiscal year ended February 28, 1999.

  • Peapod covenants, while this Agreement remains in effect and for three years thereafter, it will not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer its Subscriber Lists that existed during the term of this Agreement to any company that competes with Jewel.

  • Subscriber List(s) - Business and/or residence subscriber listings in white page directory format, include caption arrangements and may include composition, i.e., running heads, page numbers, mast heads; not for resale.

  • The Subscriber Lists accurately reflect in all material respects the name, last known address, paid status and applicable expiration date of each subscriber to the Business Publications, the source of such subscription as of the date hereof and all other information necessary to fulfill each subscription for each Business Publication.

  • Seller will provide an update of the Subscriber Lists to Buyer, as of a date no more than five Business Days prior to the Closing Date, which as so updated, shall be true, correct and complete in all material respects as of such date.

  • Peapod will supply Jewel at the end of each calendar quarter with the following information regarding each Peapod grocery service subscriber ("Subscriber Lists") to the extent permitted by applicable law and Peapod's contract with subscribers: the name, address, telephone number, date the individual became a subscriber, types of services used, frequency of use, amount of the three most recent purchases through Peapod, and date of most recent use of Peapod services.

  • Nothing herein, however, shall excuse the Sale of Subscriber Lists and Personalized Data.
