Subscriber lines definition

Subscriber lines means a voice grade communication channel between a subscriber and a telecommunications carrier’s public switched network, which would be required to carry the subscriber’s interpremises traffic and which is capable of providing access through the public switched network to the Illinois relay system. A subscriber line does not include 800 lines or access lines used for official communications of telecommunications carriers providing local exchange service. Do not include Centrex lines in the total in this row.

For customer bills issued before June 1, 2004, in calculating charges on subscriber lines of telecommunications carriers, each centrex line shall be equivalent to one-tenth of a residence or business access line. For customer bills issued on or after June 1, 2004, in calculating charges on subscriber lines pursuant to Section 220 ILCS 5/13-703(c) of the Act, one charge shall be applied for each five centrex lines, and five charges shall be applied for each PBX trunk. ITAC's tariff or website shall specify the manner of applying charges to other multi-channel technologies.

  • We may terminate your Corporate Subscriber lines and M2M Lines and, upon Legal Notice, may terminate this Agreement and pursue any other available remedies if you violate this section.

  • You have 180 days to activate enough Corporate Subscriber lines, Employee Subscriber lines, and M2M Lines to meet your Attainment Tier.

  • We may continue to provide Wireless Service to any Corporate Subscriber lines and M2M Lines still active after this Agreement has been terminated, or if your Company does not achieve and maintain a minimum of five Corporate Subscriber lines, but we may remove your discount, any custom Products and Services, and other benefits of this Agreement.

  • These instances will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and decisions on Sabre Subscriber lines of credit will not be unreasonably withheld by either Party.

  • Your Company must achieve a minimum of five Corporate Subscriber lines within 180 days, and thereafter maintain such lines, to remain eligible for the benefits of this Agreement.

  • Customer must maintain a minimum of five (5) Government Subscriber lines, all choosing a qualifying plan with Share Option.
