Subrogee definition

Subrogee means any of the following:
Subrogee means the source of payment of compensation, medical benefits, or lost wage benefits payable to or on behalf of a claimant as a result of a health insurance plan, reimbursement plan, or lost wage payment or wage continuation plan that is purchased by or on behalf of a claimant or is purchased, paid for, or purchased and paid for by the claimant's employer.

Examples of Subrogee in a sentence

  • Each of the Related Parties and each member of the Malin Group (each, a "POTENTIAL SUBROGEE") hereby irrevocably waives any claim or other right such Potential Subrogee may now or hereafter acquire against ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that arises from the existence, payment, performance or enforcement obligation of such Potential Subrogee under any guaranty, indemnity or other surety agreement for any obligation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • The Subrogee Loan shall be deemed a “Term Loan Advance” and a “Term Loan” hereunder, shall be included in the “Obligations” and shall be secured by a continuing lien on and security interest in the Collateral.

  • Each Potential Subrogee acknowledges that it will each receive benefits from the financing and other arrangements contemplated by the Transaction Documents and that the waiver set forth in Section 4.01 and the release and covenants of Article V are knowingly made and entered into in contemplation of such benefits.

  • The Subrogee Loan will be evidenced by a term note in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
