Subprocessing definition

Subprocessing means the Processing of Personal Data as a subcontractor of a Data Processor.
Subprocessing means the engagement by Processor of any other person or entity to Process Controller Personal Data on its behalf.

Subprocessing. The Portal Administrator shall not engage another processor without prior specific or general written authorization of the Data Controller. In the case of general written authorization, the Portal Administrator shall inform the Controller of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other processors, thereby giving the Controller the opportunity to object to such changes.

A list of approved subprocessors as at the date of this Agreement is attached at Annex C, and THE PROCESSOR shall maintain and provide updated copies of this list to Tax Consult when it adds or removes subprocessors in accordance with this Agreement. If Tax Consult refuses to consent to THE PROCESSOR's appointment of a third party subprocessor on grounds relating to the protection of the Data, then either THE PROCESSOR will not appoint the subprocessor or Tax Consult may elect to suspend or terminate this Agreement without penalty.
