Subpoenas definition

Subpoenas means Legal documents issued in an adjudicatory proceeding that requires the attendance of a witness to provide testimony at a legal proceeding such as a hearing.

Returned checks are subject to an additional $25 charge.   • Deposition means the testimony of a person pursuant to subpoena or at the request of the state of Iowa taken in a setting other than a hearing.
