Subphase definition

Subphase or “Division” means a smaller area within a Phase, and may include 11 one or more subdivisions of land.
Subphase means one separate and distinct aspect, project or stage of any portion of the Renovation Work, as identified on Schedule E, including without limitation, the Room Renovation Subphase, or as otherwise approved by Lender in its reasonable discretion.

Examples of Subphase in a sentence

  • Water deliveries to South Africa from Sub-phase IA of the Project shall be due to commence in the year 1995 and water deliveries to South Africa from Sub-phase IB of the Project shall be due to commence in the year 2002.

  • The defining of Company requirements shall occur in Phases, each Phase representing a division of the Company operation, and such Sub-phases representing either the development of a particular application, or a Sub-phase representing the modification of a particular application.

  • Specific examples of DOE responsibilities include: • Confirm that the Recipient has achieved the specified Subphase accomplishments.

  • In the event that the Recipient fails to achieve any Subphase accomplishment DOE will notify the Recipient and take appropriate action (which may include, among other things, including suspension and/or termination).

  • For each such Phase or Sub-phase, County will identify all Deficiencies in the test results for such Phase or Sub-phase.

Related to Subphase

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
