SUBPARTNER definition
SUBPARTNER means any third party granted rights pursuant to Article III, paragraph 3.2 of this AGREEMENT.

BASED PRODUCTS mean any and all LICENSED PRODUCTS sold by LICENSEE or any SUBPARTNER of LICENSEE in the LICENSED AREA and/or any and all LICENSED PRODUCTS sold by LICENSEE or any SUBPARTNER of LICENSEE directly resulting from the practice, in the LICENSED AREA, of LICENSED METHODS and/or LICENSED PROCESSES claimed in the LICENSED PATENT APPLICATION.
