SUBPARTNER definition

SUBPARTNER means any third party granted rights pursuant to Article III, paragraph 3.2 of this AGREEMENT.

  • BASED PRODUCTS mean any and all LICENSED PRODUCTS sold by LICENSEE or any SUBPARTNER of LICENSEE in the LICENSED AREA and/or any and all LICENSED PRODUCTS sold by LICENSEE or any SUBPARTNER of LICENSEE directly resulting from the practice, in the LICENSED AREA, of LICENSED METHODS and/or LICENSED PROCESSES claimed in the LICENSED PATENT APPLICATION.
