Subpart H systems definition

Subpart H systems means public water systems using surface water or ground water under the direct influence of surface water as a source that are subject to the requirements of 40 CFR 141, subpart H.
Subpart H systems means public water systems using surface water or ground water under the direct influence of surface water as a source that are subject to the filtration and disinfection requirements of these regulations.
