Subordination Confirmation definition
Subordination Confirmation means, in relation to a Vessel, written confirmations from each manager and each charterer of that Vessel who is a member of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Group in favour of the Security Trustee that it will subordinate all its rights in relation to that Vessel to those of the Beneficiaries, in each case, in the Agreed Form;
