Subordinated Reference Entity definition
Subordinated Reference Entity means a Reference Entity the ranking of whose obligations is specified as being “Subordinated” under the heading “Ranking” in the Reference Portfolio Ledger.
Subordinated Reference Entity means a Reference Entity which is identified as being a Subordinated Reference Entity in the Reference Portfolio.
Subordinated Reference Entity means a Reference Entity in respect of which “Subordinated” is specified in Schedule A hereto, or any Successor thereto.
