Subordinate Note Documents definition

Subordinate Note Documents means the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement, the Subordinate Notes, and all promissory notes, security agreements, deeds of trust, assignments, guarantees and other documents, instruments and agreements executed and delivered pursuant to the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement evidencing, securing, guaranteeing or otherwise pertaining to the Existing Subordinate Debt and the other obligations arising under the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement, as the foregoing may be amended, restated, renewed, extended, supplemented, increased, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted hereunder and under the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement.

Subordinate Note Documents means those certain documents executed in connection with the Subordinate Notes, each such document being in a form and substance as approved by the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Closing Date, in each case as such documents shall be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Subordinated Note Documents means the Subordinated Notes, the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement, the “Fee Letter” under and as defined in the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement and any other Note Document (as defined in the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement).

  • Subordinate Notes means the B Notes and the C Notes, individually or collectively, as the context may require.
