SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER definition
SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER means the holder of any lien, including a subsequent mortgage or deed of trust, perfected subsequent to the recording of a mortgage under this chapter, except the Tribe with respect to a claim for a tribal tax.
SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER means the holder of any lien, including a mortgage, perfected subsequent to the recording of a leasehold Mortgage under this title; provided, however, such terms shall not include the Tribe with respect to a claim for a Tribal leasehold tax.
