Subordinate Contracts definition

Subordinate Contracts means, with respect to a District, all Credit Support Agreements, Qualified Swap Agreements, loan agreements, credit agreements, credit facilities, lines of credit, installment purchase agreements, installment sales agreements, financing leases or other substantively similar agreements or contracts of such District, howsoever denominated (a) each of which is entered into in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 4.02, (b) the Obligations with respect to each of which are designated, in such Credit Support Agreement, Qualified Swap Agreement, loan agreement, credit agreement, credit facility, line of credit, installment purchase agreement, installment sales agreement, lease or similar agreement or contract, as applicable, as Subordinate Obligations, and (c) each of which is authorized, executed and delivered under and pursuant to applicable law.

Examples of Subordinate Contracts in a sentence

  • All related matters to the individual Subordinate Contracts, shall be handled exclusively by and with the requesting issuing Agency/Department and the Contractor.

  • Subordinate Contracts must reference this Regional Cooperative Agreement.

  • Subordinate Contracts must include information regarding the location(s)/site(s), building(s), parking lot(s), area(s)/perimeter(s), service hours requesting IT professional help services.

  • Payments made by the County shall not preclude the right of County from thereafter disputing any items or services involved or billed under the Subordinate Contracts, and shall not be construed as acceptance of any part of the services.

  • All Subordinate Contracts must be coterminous with this Agreement.

  • County Agencies/Departments shall issue individual Subordinate Contracts against this RCA as needed.

  • Agency/Department Subordinate Contracts may require Board of Supervisor’s approval in accordance with County’s Procurement Policy.
