Subordinate Class Representative definition

Subordinate Class Representative. As defined in Section 3.23(a).
Subordinate Class Representative shall, if applicable, have the meaning assigned to such term or comparable meaning term in the Servicing Agreement.
Subordinate Class Representative. The Controlling Class Certificateholder (or other representative) selected by more than 50% of the Controlling Class Certificateholders, by Certificate Principal Amount, as determined by the Certificate Registrar from time to time; provided, however, that (i) absent that selection, or (ii) until a Subordinate Class Representative is so selected or (iii) upon receipt of a notice from a majority of the Controlling Class Certificateholders, by Certificate Principal Amount, that a Subordinate Class Representative is no longer designated, the Controlling Class Certificateholder that owns the largest aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Controlling Class will be the Subordinate Class Representative.

  • Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
