Subordinate Agent Settlement definition
Subordinate Agent Settlement means the settlement by and among the Debtors, the Senior Agent, the Subordinate Agent and the Committee resolving various disputes and fixing the treatment of the Subordinate Agent Secured Claim and its General Unsecured Claims against each Debtor in exchange for the agreement of the Subordinate Agent to support confirmation of the Plan on the terms described in Article IV of the Plan.
