If there are insufficient Available Funds in the Master Account to restore the Subordinate Account’s full Target Balance, Bank will transfer all Available Funds in the Master Account to the Subordinate Account.
Once the end of day balance drops below this amount, funds will be debited from the Master Account and credited to the Subordinate Account sufficient to restore the Subordinate Account to its Target Balance.
MAXIMUM TARGET BALANCE - The maximum end of day balance for a particular Subordinate Account as designated by Entity on the Sweep Form.
