Submitted Hold Orders definition

Submitted Hold Orders shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 3(a) of Part II of this Section 12.1.

Examples of Submitted Hold Orders in a sentence

  • If all of the Outstanding shares of a series of APS are subject to Submitted Hold Orders, all Submitted Bids for shares of such series shall be rejected.

  • The Maximum Rate for the Tortoise Notes will apply automatically following an Auction for the notes in which Sufficient Clearing Bids have not been made (other than because all Tortoise Notes were subject to Submitted Hold Orders).

  • The All Hold Rate will apply automatically following an Auction in which all of the outstanding Tortoise Notes are subject to (or are deemed to be subject to) Submitted Hold Orders.

  • If all of the Outstanding shares of a series of AMPS are subject to Submitted Hold Orders, all Submitted Bids for shares of such series shall be rejected.

  • In the case of clause (ii) above, the Trustee shall mail notice of such amendment to the ARS Beneficial Owners of which it has knowledge pursuant to Section 11.01, and if, on the first Auction Date occurring at least 20 days after the date on which the Trustee mailed such notice, Sufficient Clearing Bids have been received or all of the ARS are subject to Submitted Hold Orders, the proposed amendment shall be deemed to have been consented to by the ARS Beneficial Owners.

  • Existing Owners shall continue to hold the principal amount of ARS that are subject to Submitted Hold Orders.

  • If the Auction Agent has not received Sufficient Bids (other than because all of the Outstanding Series [ ] Notes are subject to Submitted Hold Orders), the Applicable Interest Rate will be the Maximum Rate.

  • In the case of clause (iii) above, if on the first Auction Date occurring at least 20 days after the date on which the Trustee mailed notice to the registered owners of the Auction Rate Securities as required by this Agreement, Sufficient Clearing Bids have been received or all of the Auction Rate Securities are subject to Submitted Hold Orders, the proposed amendment shall be deemed to have been consented to by the owners of all Auction Rate Securities.

  • Existing Holders will continue to hold the principal amount of Auction Rate Securities that are subject to Submitted Hold Orders.

  • The Maximum Rate for the Energy Notes will apply automatically following an Auction for the notes in which Sufficient Clearing Bids have not been made (other than because all Energy Notes were subject to Submitted Hold Orders).
