Subletting/Assignment definition

Subletting/Assignment. Member shall not assign nor convey this Agreement or any interest thereof, nor sublet any portion of the Premises or allow any person not bound by this Agreement to use the Premises, without the prior written consent of Launch.

Related to Subletting/Assignment
