Subject Work definition

Subject Work means entire scope related tosetting up of washery’ as well as its ‘operation & maintenance’ on BOO concept.
Subject Work means any Work which is conceived by Employee alone or in a joint effort with others and which indirectly or directly results from Employee’s employment by the Company.
Subject Work means a work that is prepared, produced, originated, developed, generated, or acquired in furtherance of the purposes of the Agreement, including documents, artwork, video, audio, promotional or branding materials, drafts, b-roll, rough & fine cuts, and final products.

Related to Subject Work

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
