Subject Termination definition

Subject Termination means (a) any voluntary resignation or ------------------- termination of employment by such Schedule II Stockholder, (b) any termination of such Schedule II Stockholder's employment due to disability or retirement, and (c) any termination by the Company of such Schedule II Stockholder's employment for Cause.

Examples of Subject Termination in a sentence

  • Both before and immediately after giving effect to this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby, no Termination Event or Unmatured Termination Event (other than the Subject Termination Events) exists or shall exist.
