Subject Portion definition

Subject Portion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(k). “Substance Abuse Program” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17(c). “Support Representatives” shall have the meaning specified in Section 54(d).
Subject Portion shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(c).
Subject Portion shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(o).

  • Cash Portion is defined in Section 2.2(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Carbon dioxide equivalent or “CO2 equivalent” or “CO2e” means the number of metric tons of CO2 emissions with the same global warming potential as one metric ton of another greenhouse gas. Global warming potential values shall be determined consistent with the definition of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent in MRR section 95102(a).

  • Straddle Period means any taxable period beginning on or before the Closing Date and ending after the Closing Date.

  • CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.

  • Pre-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of a Straddle Period ending on the Closing Date.

  • Post-Closing Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.

  • Proposed Portfolio The portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments resulting from the proposed purchase, sale, maturity or other disposition of a Collateral Obligation or a proposed reinvestment in an additional Collateral Obligation, as the case may be.

  • Cost of idle facilities or idle capacity means costs such as maintenance, repair, housing, rent, and other related costs, e.g., insurance, interest, property taxes and depreciation or use allowances.

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Base Rate Portion of any Loan or Loans shall mean at any time the portion, including the whole, of such Loan or Loans bearing interest at such time (i) under the Base Rate Option or (ii) in accordance with Section 2.09(c)(ii) hereof. If no Loan or Loans is specified, "Base Rate Portion" shall refer to the Base Rate Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.
