Subject population definition
Subject population means any individual member(s) of any species listed as endangered or threatened in this Part utilizing occupied habitat within or adjacent to the geographic area of an activity subject to this Part.

Related to Subject population
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.
Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.
Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
