Subject matter competency definition

Subject matter competency means the teacher meets the applicable requirements of Chapter 6, article 1, subchapter 7 of these regulations, commencing with section 6100, for the course being taught.
Subject matter competency means the teacher meets the applicable requirement of Article 1, subchapter 7 of Title 5, C.C.R. section 6100 et seq. for the course being taught.
Subject matter competency means the teacher meets the applicable requirements of Article 1, subchapter 7 of California Code of Regulations Title 5, commencing with section 6100. Administrators responsible for investigating complaints of subject matter competency should refer to the state regulations for detailed guidance.

  • Subject Matter means the Unit as finally described in the Sectional Plan, read together with the Register;
