Subgroup I-2 definition

Subgroup I-2. All of the Group I Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate of 5.0000% per annum plus the Subgroup I-2A Fraction of the principal balance of any Group I Mortgage Loan with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than 4.7500% per annum and less than 5.0000% per annum and the Subgroup I-2B Fraction of the principal balance of any Group I Mortgage Loan with a Net Mortgage Rate greater than 5.0000% per annum and less than 5.2500% per annum.
Subgroup I-2. The group of Mortgage Loans (or portions of Mortgage Loans) comprised of the Subgroup I-2 Loans.
Subgroup I-2. The pool of Mortgage Loans designated as Subgroup I-2. The Class I-2A Certificates and Class I-2X Certificates correspond to Subgroup I-2.
