Subgroup I-2 definition

Subgroup I-2. All of the Group I Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate of 5.0000% per annum plus the Subgroup I-2A Fraction of the principal balance of any Group I Mortgage Loan with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than 4.7500% per annum and less than 5.0000% per annum and the Subgroup I-2B Fraction of the principal balance of any Group I Mortgage Loan with a Net Mortgage Rate greater than 5.0000% per annum and less than 5.2500% per annum.
Subgroup I-2. The group of Mortgage Loans (or portions of Mortgage Loans) comprised of the Subgroup I-2 Loans.
Subgroup I-2. The subgroup of Mortgage Loans comprised of the Subgroup I-2 Loans. Subgroup I-2 Initial Senior Component Balance: $168,751,814.51.

  • If the proceeds with respect to the Loan Subgroup I-2 Mortgage Loans are not sufficient to pay all of the Class I-A-2 Certificates in full, any such deficiency will be allocated first, to the Group I Subordinate Certificates, in inverse order of their numerical designation, then to the Group I Senior Mezzanine Certificates, and then to the Class I-A-2 Certificates, in each case on a pro rata basis.

  • With respect to Subgroup I-2 for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Subgroup I-2 Loans minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Subgroup I-2 Certificates.

  • If any of the Available Distribution Amounts for Loan Subgroup I-1, for Loan Subgroup I-2, for Loan Subgroup I-3 or for Loan Subgroup I-4 is insufficient, additional amounts will reduce the remaining Group I Available Distribution Amount of the other Loan Subgroups in Loan Group I after giving effect to the foregoing allocations, pro rata, based on the Available Distribution Amount of such other Loan Subgroups.

Subgroup I-2. The pool of Mortgage Loans designated as Subgroup I-2. The Class I-2A Certificates and Class I-2X Certificates correspond to Subgroup I-2.
