Subgroup B definition

Subgroup B. The Mortgage Loans with Net Rates greater than or equal to 6.00% and less than 8.00%.
Subgroup B. The pool of Mortgage Loans identified in the related Schedules of Mortgage Loans as having been assigned to Group II, Subgroup B, including any Group II Subsequent Mortgage Loans included in Subgroup B and, including any Group II Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loans delivered in replacement thereof.
