Subdivision, major means any subdivision that does not meet the requirements of a minor subdivision.

Subdivision, major or “subdivision” means the division of land into 10 5 or more lots, tracts, parcels, sites, or divisions for the purpose of sale, lease, or transfer. or lease or transfer and shall include all resubdivision or replatting of land.
