Subdivision Consent definition
Subdivision Consent means the consent to subdivide the Site in 14 stages (SUB-A to SUB-N) lodged contemporaneously with these consents;
Subdivision Consent means all of the Developer’s subdivision consent(s) and any other resource consent(s) and/or variation, alteration and/or amendments to the subdivision consent and/or resource consent that may be necessary for the Developer (in its sole and unfettered discretion) to undertake its Development.
