  • The principal contractor receiving a Subcontractor’s Statement must keep a copy of the Statement for the periods stated in the respective legislation.

  • Subcontractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, services, equipment and facilities, and all other items necessary to accomplish all tasks specified in Subcontractor’s Statement of Work/Budget, which is hereby incorporated and made a part of this Subcontract.

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.
