Subcontractor Staff definition

Subcontractor Staff means all Subcontractor employees and contingent workers, including non- employees working under the supervision of the Subcontractor, such as temporary staff or individuals assigned by staffing agencies.
Subcontractor Staff means individuals providing Subcontractor Services as Administrative Staff, Clinical Staff or Professional Staff under an applicable Client Addendum or SOW.
Subcontractor Staff means: (a) any individual engaged, directly or indirectly, or employed, by any Subcontractor; and (b) engaged in or likely to be engaged in: (i) the performance or management of the Services; or (ii) the provision of facilities or services that are necessary for the provision of the Services; Supplier System” means (a) any: (i) information assets, (ii) IT systems, (iii) IT services; or (iv) Sites, that the Supplier or any Subcontractor will use to Handle, or support the Handling of, Government Data and provide, or support the provision of, the Services; and (b) the associated information management system, including all relevant: (i) organisational structure diagrams; (ii) controls; (iii) policies; (iv) practices; (v) procedures; (vi) processes; and (vii) resources; “Third-party Tool” means any software used by the Supplier by which the Government Data is accessed, analysed or modified, or some form of operation is performed on it; "UKAS-recognised Certification Body" means: (a) an organisation accredited by UKAS to provide certification of ISO/IEC27001:2013 and/or ISO/IEC27001:2022; or (b) an organisation accredited to provide certification of ISO/IEC27001:2013 and/or ISO/IEC27001:2022 by a body with the equivalent functions as UKAS in a state with which the UK has a mutual recognition agreement recognising the technical equivalence of accredited conformity assessment.   • During the term of the Agreement, the Counties reserve the right to approve or disapprove Contractor’s and any Subcontractor’s Key Staff assigned to this Agreement, to approve or disapprove any proposed changes in Key Staff, or to require the removal or reassignment of any Contractor or Subcontractor Staff found unacceptable by the Counties, subject to the Counties’ compliance with applicable laws.

  • During the term of the Agreement, the Exchange reserves the right to approve or disapprove Contractor’s and any Subcontractor’s Key Staff assigned to this Agreement, to approve or disapprove any proposed changes in Key Staff, or to require the removal or reassignment of any Contractor or Subcontractor Staff found unacceptable by the Exchange, subject to the Exchange’s compliance with applicable laws.

  • OSC policy requires that background investigations be conducted on Contractor Staff (including, as defined above, to include Subcontractor Staff) who will have access to OSC’s IT systems, access to OSC confidential information/data, or routine access to any OSC facility.

  • The Supplier: shall not use, nor allow its Subcontractors to use forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour; shall not require any Supplier Staff or Subcontractor Staff to lodge deposits or identify papers with the Employer and shall be free to leave their employer after reasonable notice; warrants and represents that it has not been convicted of any slavery or human trafficking offences anywhere around the world.

  • HealthTrust and Subcontractors will be entitled to rely upon any instructions, authorizations, approvals, determinations of eligibility/ineligibility for Subcontractor Staff or other information provided by the Client Executive and by any other personnel of Client or its Affiliates with authority to provide the same on behalf of Client or its Affiliates in such person's area of competency.

  • Due to the confidential nature of the information and materials which will be accessible to CONTRACTOR, CONTRACTOR shall perform criminal background checks on CONTRACTOR Staff, including Subcontractor Staff, proposed on the Project.
