Subcontractor Software definition

Subcontractor Software means any software which is proprietary to the Subcontractor (or an Affiliate of the Subcontractor) which is or will be used by the Subcontractor or any sub-sub-contractor for the purposes of providing the Services or is embedded in and in respect of such other software as required to be licensed in order for the Company or the Client to receive the benefit of and/or make use of the Services;
Subcontractor Software. Licenses for any Subcontractor Software are set forth in Addendum D.
Subcontractor Software means software supplied by a Subcontractor as part of its Subsystem and listed in Addendum A-6, if applicable.

Examples of Subcontractor Software in a sentence

  • If City determines that an item of Subcontractor Software or Hardware, or System Software provided under the Purchase Agreement does not perform as provided in the applicable Specifications, City may contact CentralSquare using the procedures described in Addendum B.

  • In the event that the reported problem is determined to be the result of Equipment, Subcontractor Software or Hardware, or System Software, or is otherwise not attributable to the CentralSquare Software City shall reimburse CentralSquare for its travel expenses incident to the on-site visit, as well as CentralSquare’s labor related to the on-site visit at its then current hourly rates for technical support and engineering.

  • City shall absolve, discharge and release CentralSquare from any obligations or liabilities related to operation or performance of the System, the CentralSquare Software, Subcontractor Software, or any other item provided by CentralSquare under this Agreement, including but not limited to any liabilities for damages related thereto in connection with the installation of such third party software.
