Subcontractor or Supplier means a firm that enters into a contract with a contractor selected by the Public Building Commission to provide goods or perform services pursuant to a contract with the selected Bidder and the Commission.

  • No claim or protest shall be made by the Contractor solely on the ground that a Subcontractor or Supplier, has made a claim or protest against the Contractor.
