Subcontractor Defined definition
Subcontractor Defined. A "Subcontractor" means an entity which has a direct contract with Design/Builder to perform a portion of the Work or the Design Services. For purposes of the Contract, Subcontractors shall also include those furnishing specially fabricated equipment and materials for the Project.
