Subcontracting Policy definition

Subcontracting Policy means the 2019/2020 TVCA AEB Subcontracting Policy at Part 7 of this Agreement as amended from time to time or any new, updated or replacement versions issued by TVCA; Subcontractor means any arrangement the Grant Recipient has in place with a third party whereby that third party manages and/or delivers a proportion of the Funded Activity; ‘Subject Access Request’ the exercise by a Data Subject of his or her rights under Article 15 of the GDPR and the DPA 2018;
