Subcontracting Arrangement definition

Subcontracting Arrangement means any arrangement whereby the Contractor intends to involve a third party in the performance of the Work Requirements.
Subcontracting Arrangement means any arrangement whereby the Supplier intends to involve a third person in performance and completion of the Work Requirements and Deliverables.
