Subcontract Services definition

Subcontract Services means the part of the Project to be performed by the Subcontractor as set out in the Agreement Details.
Subcontract Services. The Consultant shall not subcontract or assign any of the architectural, engineer or consultant services to be performed under this Agreement without the written approval of the City for the work to be subcontracted or assigned and the consultant firm or person proposed to accomplish the subcontracted/assigned portion of the Project. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the City. Neither the City nor the Consultant shall assign any rights or duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Unless otherwise stated in the written consent to an assignment, no assignment will release or discharge the assignor from any obligation under this Agreement.
Subcontract Services has the meaning given in Section 2.2 (“Services”).

Examples of Subcontract Services in a sentence

  • If a Variation the subject of a direction by the Consultant's Representative omits any part of the Subcontract Services, the Consultant may thereafter carry out this omitted work either itself or by engaging Other Contractors.

  • The Subcontractor shall not by reason of this Deed have any liability to the Beneficiary for delay in completion of the Subcontract Services or any part of them.

  • Despite the existence of a dispute or difference between the parties the Subconsultant must: continue to carry out the Subcontract Services; and otherwise comply with its obligations under the Subcontract.

  • The Subcontractor warrants to the Beneficiary that it has performed and shall continue to perform its duties under the Subcontract in all material respects in accordance with the Subcontract and that it has exercised and shall continue to exercise the level of reasonable skill, care and diligence which would be expected of a subcontractor holding itself out as competent in performing works or providing services in relation to schemes of similar nature, scope and size to the Subcontract Services.

  • It is a condition of this Agreement that all Subcontract Services shall be performed in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, the I.C.C. and any other regulatory agency or governmental body having jurisdiction over such Subcontract Service.

  • In accordance with the Subcontract the Contractor has appointed the Subcontractor to carry out and complete the Subcontract Services.

  • The Consultant must as soon as practicable make available to the Subconsultant: all relevant information, documents and particulars relating to the Works and to the Consultant’s requirements for the Works, including the Consultant's Program; and details of the budget for the Works, as relevant to the Subcontract Services.

  • The Consultant's Representative: may instruct the Subconsultant to suspend and, after a suspension has been instructed, to re‑commence, the carrying out of all or a part of the Subcontract Services; and is not required to exercise the Consultant's Representative's power under subparagraph (i) for the benefit of the Subconsultant.

  • Not less than six (6) Business Days before the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall provide a schedule setting forth the Subcontract Services (the “Schedule of Subcontracted Services”).

  • All design documentation required to be brought into existence by the Subconsultant as part of, or for the purpose of, carrying out the Subcontract Services, including documents, drawings, specifications, reports, models, samples and calculations, equipment, technical information, plans, charts, tables, schedules, data (stored by any means), photographs and finishes boards, in computer readable and written form.

Related to Subcontract Services

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;
