Subcontract Fees definition

Subcontract Fees the amounts set out in schedules 1 and 2 to the Main Contract for the provision of the Subcontract Services described in those schedules (and for the avoidance of doubt, this does not include the fees described in schedule 3 to the Main Contract). Subcontract Services: the services delivered or to be delivered by the Subcontractor pursuant to this agreement (as one of the Group of Subcontractors), in accordance with the Main Contract, being Main Contract Services other than any which are expressed or implied under the Main Contact not to be subcontracted. Term: the term of this agreement, being as described in Clause 7.

Examples of Subcontract Fees in a sentence

  • Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Sera shall complete the performance of any Tests ordered by LabCorp prior to the date of notice of termination, and Sera shall pay LabCorp all Subcontract Fees due and payable under this Agreement.

  • In addition to the Subcontract Fees, the Service Company will reimburse the Subcontractor for all reasonable expenses (including travel, meals and lodging expenses) incurred by the Subcontractor in connection with the provision of the Subcontract Services; provided that such expenses are otherwise commercially reasonable and necessary.
