Subcontract Bid definition

Subcontract Bid means any outstanding bid, quotation or proposal by Seller that if accepted or awarded could lead to a Government Subcontract.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have no interest in any pending or potential claim or request for equitable adjustment against the U.S. Government or any prime contractor, subcontractor or vendor arising under or relating to any Government Contract, Government Subcontract, Bid or Teaming Agreement.
