Subcode definition

Subcode means a series of a maximum of five numbers and/or letters which is assigned by the vendoring regional center to a vendor for billing purposes;

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • FMC Act means the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • Information Technology means computers, software, databases, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, networks, systems, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment and associated documentation.

  • IT Act means the Income-tax Act, 1961 and shall include any statutory modifications, re-enactments or amendments thereof for the time being in force.

  • Cannabidiol means a finished preparation containing, of its total cannabinoid content, at least 98 percent cannabidiol and not more than 0.90 percent tetrahydrocannabinol by volume that has been extracted from marijuana or synthesized in a laboratory.

  • VAT Act means the Value Added Tax Act, No 89 of 1991, as may be amended from time to time.
