The Subadviser may use for the benefit of the Subadviser's other clients, or make available to companies affiliated with the Subadviser or to its directors for the benefit of its clients, any such brokerage and research services that the Subadviser obtains from brokers or dealers.
The Adviser shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Fund pursuant to the Advisory Agreement and shall oversee and review the Subadviser's performance of its duties under this Agreement.
It is recognized that the services provided by such brokers may be useful to the Subadviser in connection with the Subadviser's services to other clients.
