Subaccount Balance definition

Subaccount Balance means, with respect to each Eligible Account Holder and Supplemental Eligible Account Holder, the portion of the liquidation account that such Eligible Account Holder and Supplemental Eligible Account Holder would be entitled to receive pursuant to the Regulations in the event of a complete liquidation of the Bank subsequent to the Reorganization. The initial Subaccount Balance of each Eligible Account Holder and Supplemental Eligible Account Holder shall be determined in accordance with the Regulations.
Subaccount Balance means, with respect to each Eligible Account Holder, the portion of the liquidation account that such Eligible Account Holder would be entitled to receive pursuant to the Conversion Regulations in the event of a complete liquidation of the Bank subsequent to the Conversion. The initial Subaccount Balance of each Eligible Account Holder shall be determined in accordance with Section 86.4(f)(4) of the Conversion Regulations.
