Unit of Measure (UoM): Select the appropriate unit of measure for the position description (i.e., FTE) Notes: Enter information to clarify the position description or the calculation of the position salary and wages or fringe benefits Description: The Grantee selects Program Manager for the title. Quantity (QTY) was expressed as a decimal (FTE) of .20. Rate: The Grantee entered the total salary cost for this position description.
