Sub-transfer Agent definition
Sub-transfer Agent means, in respect of each Omnibus Account, the record owner thereof.
Sub-transfer Agent means, in respect of any Fund, the record owner of any Omnibus Account.
Sub-transfer Agent means U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, pursuant to the Sub-Transfer Agency Agreement.
