Sub-sub-contractor definition

Sub-sub-contractor means any contractor not being the Contractor or a Sub-Contractor entering into any Sub Sub Contract at any level in the supply chain in connection with the services to be provided by the Contractor under this Contract, and “Sub-Sub-Contractors” shall be construed accordingly;
Sub-sub-contractor means a person or firm who has a direct or indirect contract at any tier with a Sub-contractor to perform a portion of the Work.
Sub-sub-contractor means the company, firm or person who has been engaged by the Sub-Contractor to carry out the Sub-Sub-Contract Works pursuant to these Conditions.
