Sub-setting and Subset definition
Sub-setting and Subset means the act and result respectively of reducing the proportion of a full dataset, without it comprising a Search and without reducing the fields or attributes supplied), by making a geographical extract (“spatial” sub-setting that is charged per square kilometre) or a selection of geographical points, sites, persons or other key attributes or use of one or more filters or selection criteria (“non-spatial” sub-setting”, charged on a per record basis).
