Sub Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Except as set forth below in this Section 2.2, no provisions of this Agreement aside from those listed in the immediately preceding sentence shall apply to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ provision of the Recipient Services to J.Crew.
