Sub-Products definition

Sub-Products means those elements or components different from Hydrocarbons, such as, Sulfur or any other mineral or substance contained in Crude Oil or Natural Gas that may be separated from Hydrocarbons.

  • Revenues and costs derived from the disposal or marketing of Sub-Products by the Contractor shall be subject to the provisions in Annexes 3 and 4.
