Sub-partner definition

Sub-partner means those third parties who receive value-added Licensed Data in accordance with Clause 5.2.1(c) and 5.3. Trade Marks means our trade marks (both registered and unregistered) including, without limitation, those listed in the Contract and the ‘Enabled By’ Logo and ‘Mapping Sourced from’ Logo. Updates means updates, revisions and modifications to Licensed Data that KaarbonTechnology Ltd may provide (or provide access to) from time to time. 1.1 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires: 1.1.1 words in the singular include the plural and vice versa;
Sub-partner means a third party that (i) was introduced to the Company by the direct efforts of the Partner (or Partner’s Sub – Partners thereof) (ii) fully executed the participation agreement and form to the client referral program (iii) was successfully onboarded by the Company as an introducing partner, (iv) was registered in Company’s books and records as a Sub – Partner of the Partner.
Sub-partner means another individual, who is not a Client, recommended to the Company by the Partner, who will also act as a Partner. “Sub-Partner Agreement" means the Partners Agreement entered by the Company and Sub- Partner.

Sub-partner means any physical person or entity who has been introduced by the Partner to the Company and/or to any of its Affiliated Entities through a Partner Link, and with whom the Company and/or its Affiliated Entities concluded a Partnership Agreement.

Related to Sub-partner

  • General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Limited Partner means, prior to the admission of the first Additional Limited Partner to the Partnership, the Initial Limited Partner, and thereafter any Person named as a Limited Partner in Exhibit A, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time, upon the execution and delivery by such Person of an additional limited partner signature page, or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner of the Partnership.

  • Selling Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.
