Sub-Parties definition

Sub-Parties means the Sub-Recipient’s Sub-Sub-Recipients, contractors/suppliers, subcontractors, joint venture/consortium members, SR Personnel, or agents and any other person or entity engaged by them in the implementation of the SR Activities under this Agreement.

Examples of Sub-Parties in a sentence

  • In the implementation of the SR Activities, the Sub-Recipient shall have (with respect to its own activities) and shall require each of its Sub-Parties to have (with respect to their activities) minimum standards and procedures in place, or a plan to develop and/or improve such standards and procedures, in order to be able to take effective preventive and investigative action.

  • If the Sub-Recipient becomes aware of allegations of Sexual Harassment, Sexual Exploitation or Sexual Abuse by any person engaged by it or its Sub-Parties, the Sub-Recipient will, as appropriate, take reasonable, swift and appropriate action to stop harm from occurring.

  • In the implementation of the SR Activities under this Agreement, the Sub-Recipient shall comply (with respect to its own activities), and shall require each of its Sub-Parties to comply (with respect to their activities), with the standards of conduct set forth in the Secretary General’s Bulletin ST/SGB/2003/13 of 9 October 2003, concerning “Special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse”.
