Sub-Parcel(s) definition
Sub-Parcel(s) refers to one or more of the sub-parcels identified in Exhibit B. This Agreement applies to the particular Sub-Parcel(s) designated by the sub-parcel number(s) written on Line 2 of the Signature Page and identified by reference to the same sub-parcel number(s) in Exhibit B. The Sub-Parcel(s) designated on Line 2 of the Signature Page comprise all or part of the Auction Tract(s) designated on Line 1 of the Signature Page. If the Auction Tract(s) designated on Line 1 of the Signature Page include(s) other real estate in addition to the Sub-Parcel(s) designated on Line 2 of the Signature Page, Buyer is executing one or more Related Agreements as provided in Section 34 below and this Agreement may be accepted by Seller only if each of the Related Agreements is also accepted by the owner(s) of the real estate comprising the applicable Sub-Parcel(s) designated therein. If accepted, this Agreement and all Related Agreements shall be closed simultaneously, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Related Agreements.
